NEXT DAY UPDATE: Rashad the GM called me the next day with a lot of patience. Although I was very frustrated he took care of me. He listened to me and talked to me in a respectful manner! He had this fixed within a few hours! He knows what he’s doing and it was not his fault or Jose’s fault. Jose was very generous, caring, and personable! He had all the patience in the world with us and we made it happen! THANK YOU JOSE AND RASHAD! Give Jose a raise!! Rashad, you have a great character and take care of your people. Thank you! Do not even waste your time here. We spent an entire day here. We intended to trade my current truck in & we PURCHASED A TRUCK. We purchased it through our Credit Union. We drove an hour to our credit union, opened a loan, got a cashiers check to give to AutoNation Houston. Drove an hour back to AutoNation to pick up my truck that I just purchased. The sales manager Johnny Criswell said he couldn’t give me my truck until he has the title in hand to my current truck. My current truck was financed through my Credit Union. I never had the title, the credit union has it. He was very rude, didn’t seem to care. So what if we financed it through AutoNation? Would we have gotten the truck then? After we ALREADY OPENED A LOAN, went through so much hassle. I don’t think they liked that we got a super low rate at our credit union vs going with them. We worked with Jose. He was really nice but told us that it was all fine when we were at Shell. A lot of miscommunication. Now we have to go through the hassle to VOID this new loan we just opened on this truck we thought we purchased. Absolutely terrible. My dad is a salesman and I have NEVER heard of this before. Terrible experience, and wasted so many hours away from our toddler just to get a BS answer by the sales manager. Why was this NEVER told to us before we went to the credit union? TERRIBLE!

We had to wait quite awhile due to an IT issue, but overall very pleased with the vehicle buying process. Also, I cannot say enough about how happy I was with the after-sale service we received. The vehicle was pretty scraped up on the front bumper and had a deep gouge on the plastic piece right above the grill. The salesman promised that the body shop would take care of it (at no additional cost to us), but I had my doubts. We got a good deal on the car regardless, but they already had their money by the time we brought it back a couple of days later, so I really didn't expect much. When they got done with it, you couldn't tell anything had ever happened to it. I will definitely be back when I'm shopping for my next used vehicle!

Man where do I start!! Chase is great!!! When we got the car we came for had sold over night! I know cry me a river! We sat down she pulled up all the local automation, stuck to my price range and pull up similar cars. 20 mins we found the car my wife wanted. Not ever 15mins we leaving to pick it up. Test drove it back to the dealerships. When we got back and told them we wanted the vehicle, then we did the credit!(that was my favorite part). Never pressed to do credit check, made sure we was happy with our choice. Then after credit, we went to James In finance and was smooth sailing after that. Great experience great customer service! I was able to get very competitive price for selling my 2014 Cadillac CTS. My car was super clean. They beat carvana by a little, and carvana beat everyone else including kbb. I was able to get amount similar to kbb private party value, significantly higher that trade in value offered by regular dealers. I was buying another car at a Mazda dealer, they offered 9k for my cadillac. Autonation bought it for 13k. Definitely check your car's value with carvana or autonation before trading it. The sale completed in 45 minutes on a busy day and cash was transfered to our bank account quickly via zelle. Michael was up front and honest. Do negotiate and do get at least a carvana offer. You probably wot get the best value without other offers on the table.

I have purchased over 25 vehicles in my lifetime. I have dealt with many sales and sales managers through the years. I have never had such an amazing positive experience as a customer, and as a woman I felt hurt and valued and understood about the concerns that I had about the vehicle I was looking at. they went over and beyond to make sure that everything hit the marks that I needed. I valued so much that they were very transparent on their overhead cost on the vehicle so that I knew that I was getting a correct price. They also understood where I had a perspective on what my car was valued on for the trade-in, and they were great at compromising to find a middle ground. I could truly write an essay about every minor or for me. It was major thing that they did to make this a positive experience. I honestly don't know if I would ever want to go to anybody else to purchase a vehicle. The manager Allen is phenomenal at hearing and acknowledging and addressing concerns. He is eager to work with his clients to help make the process as smooth and easy for them. Franco was my salesman and he was such a treat to talk to and work with. I felt like he represented us very well and he was very honest about the things he knew, and didn’t know about the vehicle. He was not in anyway, arrogant or condescending, which I have run into so many times and purchasing cars. He was a gentleman with a wonderful, outgoing personality. Never did I feel pushed into this sale by anybody at AutoNation. I'm shocked to see that this location doesn't have higher reviews. It is incredibly clean and the people who work here are incredibly focused on satisfying the customer. In no way I did I get any perks for sending this review out. This is just my own personal perspective with no kickbacks. I mean if they wanna throw me a cookie I’m OK with that. 😂 I really hope that Allen and Franco get acknowledgment in this company. They are a huge asset.

Edit: I'm reducing my review to 3 stars because upon car inspection at my mechanic, the car had two oil leaks, in engine and transmission. The leaks were not small, and dealer would not respond in a timely manner to my numerous requests to remediate the situation. I understand it's a used car, but they claim on their website that all their cars go through "rigorous inspection, worry free, and ready for the open road“, but for some reason 2 major oil leaks are not noticed. Salesman (T Kirk) was great. So was Sale Mgr. (Justin). Had problem when vehicle was picked up and discovered engine was Bad. Had the Warranty Purchase, and even though it took 8 weeks, a NEW engine was installed and they made it right. All employees were helpful, and the only thing I had issue with was not being kept in the loop by the Service Mgr. Just a phone call would have been nice. Otherwise, I recommend AutoNation USA if you are looking for a vehicle. The warranty by Assured Warranty authorized a complete engine replacement and made it GOOD ! When a customer shows a pre approval letter from capital one or any other bank you are affiliated with. You should give the customer that rate and not try to make more money off them though the interest rate. For example I qualified for an 8.2% with capital one for this vehicle. But your finance department came back with a 12.9%. I had to fight to get it down to the 9.8% I ended up with. This practice is frustrating and bad service. The manager reached out to me a few days after I made this review. Tried to explain what happened and said he would talk to the people at the dealership so this wouldn’t happen again. It was definitely a nice gesture. I you should do your research. Before going here or any dealership about what interest rate you qualify for. Make sure it’s for a specific vehicle before accepting any offer they give you.

I changed the search parameters up 1000 dollars and a clean 2010 V6 Convertible popped up at Auto Nation. I contacted the dealership to confirm it was there and set an immediate appointment. The repair was great BUT the detail/make ready shop failed to remove all the overspray from the fender repair. Had I noticed that I wouldn't have taken delivery. Otherwise Gabriel and Auto Nation N Freeway Houston were great to deal with. My only complainants would be the make ready lack of quality and that my drivers seat doesn't work. After about 4 hours hard work in my garage I was able to get most of the overspray off but am still working on the paint tape lines.

My name is Tammy Platt and I bought a Dodge Journey yo from AutoNation on 45 on the 5th day I had the car a week my sales rep called me ask me how was it going and I told her it was okay but the car was shaking and so she told me to bring it in and I told her I will bring that Monday but I have to work so I was unable to bring it so I brought it that Thursday evening I talked to Alexis who talked was very low was talking when talking me as a customers I told him how my car was shaking so bad when I get up to speed he told me that the service man we'll look at it after they looked at it he came back in with a price list and he told me that I needed to change the brake pads the rotaries I told and then I told him that I only had this car a week I should have to change the brake pads or the rotors on this car and then he told me that car was not under warranty anymore I told him how and I only had it a week so I asked him to go to his manager will talk to his manager his manager talk to him and the mechanic the mechanic told the manager that the brakes pad wasn't that bad but they need to be changed but he told me that it was bad but after talking to his manager things had changed so I was told to bring it in Monday to get my brake pads change I could not because I only have one vehicle so I have to wait till the next off day which is today Friday upon taking taking it their morning my brake pads 2 to be changed Alexis came and told me that when the mechanic was trying to change the brakes the callable had broken off so they had to keep it 2 service it but I tried to tell them that it was something wrong with that vehicle they did not believe me and I could have been killed in this vehicle cuz of the calaboose falling off which day should have checked it still looking at it and that's what they did it is very poor poor customer service they are given at AutoNation I have a brother and a sister has got a car from AutoNation and they're not having as much problems as I am so this is very unacceptable for me I am very upset about the service that I am getting this is my only means of transportation to get back and forth to work and I got the keeps bringing it in to get fixed I cannot believe this is happening thank you nothing mad Missplatt

Its no secret that for a lot of people, car buying is one of the most stressful things to deal with. Especially in times like now with millions of people in the world are trying to deal and cope with Covid19. My best friend who hates buying cars and is extremely inpatient had to purchase a new vehicle for himself today, so naturally I was the person that had to deal with it for him as I have more experience and patients for it. I have never bought from Auto Nation before or dealt with any employee from auto nation, so I started my search with my friends needs in mind online yesterday evening. I quickly and easily found a car that fit my friends needs and selected more info on the car. Within 10min I received a call from my sales rep. Franklin Barrera. He confirmed the car I was interested in for my friend, I explained what my friend had to work with financially and that I didn’t want to waste his or my time. Franklin was understanding and scheduled us an appointment for 11:30am today. My friend and I showed up with everything Franklin had asked us to bring and had the car ready for my friend to test drive. While on the drive the finance department did their magic and once we returned to the dealership had the perfect offer right away NO BS, NO BACK & FORTH, NO TIME WASTED. My friend has the vehicle he wanted with the financial comfortability he needs. THANK YOU SO MUCH FRANKLIN!!!!! I will for sure be referring people and returning myself.

I purchased a 2010 Infinity that had just arrived from another dealership. Sean Tombros was extremely helpful from the get-go with finding a car I wanted and even went to Sugarland to pick this one up so I could test-drive it. The vehicle arrived certified preowned from the other dealership and on the text drive it was noticed that several issues had not been repaired or serviced as required. Sean went out of his way to make sure we got those things fixed and even though I had to wait two weeks to get the car home, they fixed EVERYTHING. I was also given a free loaner to drive in the meantime. Sean is highly knowledgeable about vehicles and was terrific with suggestions and information regarding the Infinity.

Average but could have been much better. I used to get offered a car wash after the service but for the last several services they always say they are too busy. Also, I had a nail in one of my tires and they did not offer to repair it although I told them I was losing air. I ended up taking it to Discount Tire right after the service, Discount repaired it within 30 minutes for me at no charge.

It takes two to make a good thing happen. This sales team held up their end of the deal. Mo (Sales) and Ed (Finance) treated me with respect once I walked in the door. Took me for a great test drive on typical Houston streets (if you live inside the loop, you know what I mean). Worked with me on a fair trade for my vehicle. Never overly eager to sell. Their patience while I did my inspections and research on the vehicle/VIN was appreciated. Option to purchase the extended warranty was great since it is covered/accepted by any AutoNation. Much better than CarMax (have bought twice from CarMax, hopefully never again). Do your research/homework, don't expect a dealer to tell you everything about that one car...set the expectation before you buy and let the sales team hook you up with the car of YOUR choice and great buying experience is in your future. He ask me how was my day going and what can he help me with, I explain to him my oil needed to be change and my tires needed to be check. He explain the different type of oil that was offer and suggest what would be best for my car.
